Ingredients:

  • 250g of coffee
  • 300g of wheat flour
  • 200g of sugar
  • 150g of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Necessary Kitchen Utensils:

  • Oven
  • Blender

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Prepare a cup of strong coffee and set aside.
  3. In a blender, beat the butter, sugar, and eggs until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Add the wheat flour, strong coffee, and baking powder to the mixture and blend again until all ingredients are incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.
  6. Let the cake cool before cutting and serving.
